The culture is lousy at Hexaware. I was contracted to work for more than a year at one of their clients in DC. My first paycheck was a personal check they did not deduct any federal or state taxes - it took 2 months for them to get a license in the state of DC
and to pay thru ADP - I wound up with tax problems. HR is lousy and non responsive.
On top of that the contract which they claimed was for a year ended because they claim the client decided to restructure and had no funding in less than 3 months.
I was left with commuting costs because I relocated to DC.
Be very careful - they say one thing to get you hired and then the client contracts
end abruptly and you are left hanging. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
