Mangement sucks right up. No information whatsoever is disclosed with the employee regarding the current or the future project, unless you specifically ask your manager. The US office I work at consists of all Indians (30 ppl), and I'm the only non-indian working there. They're tricking the US government by opening the office here. But the culture, – more... ppl, life style, etc, are all indian oriented. Non of the US Federal's Employee's Right is abided by in the company. The make you work over the weekend, threaten you if you don't show up on weekends, and do not pay over time. If job security does not matter for you then you can apply to Hexaware.
Over all very unsatisfied with the company. – less
