ETL DataStage Developer (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILOctober 3, 2017
Hex aware Technologies is good company for people who are not looking for serious career growth otherwise you can simply sit and enjoy your role for years.

It has couple of good clients where you can learn and develop yourself .

Huge exposure for freshers
Analyst - Senior ETL Developer (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXSeptember 7, 2017
Good exposure to freshers on projects and life cycle, variety of tools in the market and direct interaction among team members and with client.
Problem is lack of new projects and complicated horizontal and vertical structure.

Problems with Communication skills
A/R Sr. Lead Specialist (Former Employee) –  Alpharetta, GAAugust 18, 2017
Miscommunication is prominent here on the healthcare side. Very unorganized and leadership is without proper skills and knowledge. It is an IT company that should concentrate on IT only. CEO is very dishonest with the healthcare staff.
Pros
No experience or knowledge required unlike other similar companies
Cons
Management has no experience or knowledge of healthcare field.

Onshore Team Lead / Business Analyst (Former Employee) –  Plymouth, MIAugust 15, 2017
The offshore team had a lot of difficulty learning not only the application but also basic development protocol. Analysis skills were non-existent. Found it very stressful getting things accomplished.

First Impression is lasting
Lead Associate (Former Employee) –  Alpharetta, GAJuly 26, 2017
atmosphere is ok, knownledge by upper management is shaky, there is an underlying competition that is not necessary. Knowledge is shared with a few and new projects are not open to everyone, they do train some, but as I said knowledge is shaky.
Pros
Networking with peers
Cons
Shaky knowledge of processes

This is a good company to start with, new comers to IT get lot of learning opportunity. But this company does not pays well to freshers and their salary is always way below the market standard.

Onsite coordinator for the client BBH (Current Employee) –  Jersey City, NJMay 20, 2017
Productive environment but pays pretty bad considering the amount of work one puts in. Also policies are not great as expected from a multi-national IT company.

Deputy Sheriff (Current Employee) –  Chanhassen, MNMay 9, 2017
I was only with them for a short time. It was a little bit of a rocky start. They express a lot of concern about employees first. I don't really have good feedback to provide since it has not been a long time while employed with Hexaware
Pros
Great benefits
Cons
Not very organized

A place that feels like home.
Software Engineer (Current Employee) –  Iselin, NJApril 18, 2017
Working here feels like being at home the people i worked with were so cool and kind with me.
They helped me polish my developing skills.
The hardest part of the job was finishing a project and moving to another place leaving everything you have/made behind.

The most enjoyable part of the job (for me) was that i was treated as if i was (Mid-Level) so having hard task made me get better with my solving problems skills as well as code.
Pros
They have a lot of empathy.
Cons
Short notice moves.

Technical Architect - Cargo consultant (Current Employee) –  Eagan, MNMarch 4, 2017
Good place to start the career.
Good place to make friends.
Good place to make early onsite opportunities.
No work/life balance.
Not recognized for good work.
No one feels loyalty shown by employees.
No self respect.
Company as a whole should teach professionalism and English as well across all managers.
Company as a whole should teach some good words to choose instead of vulgar words.
Most of the Managers at Onsite think that the onsite employees thrive/live because of them.
Pros
Good starting place
Cons
healthcare
