Not a positive experience, total lack of consistent direction

What should have been a clear-cut job was made much worse and more complicated than it should have been. Inconsistent and contradictory training led to problems performing the work. Reviews by different staff members resulted in conflicting recommendations, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. No clear direction, one person had an agenda to create their own rules. Management oblivious to what was going on, only focused on one person's inaccurate assessment of the situation.
Beautiful modern building, covered parking garage
Manager not aware of misguided team approach, poor training, no guidelines in place, decisions made "on the fly" or "based on how someone else did it previously".
