Job duties: Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
Cook to order. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook aaccording to instructions. Operate pizza oven.
Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of prep area, kitchen, and walk-in coolers.
May take food/beverage orders from customers, and receive payment. May clear and clean tables as needed.
Delivery: Must be able to work 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. to delivery lunch order to local businesses
Requirements: 2 years line cook experience required, knowledge of sanitation and health standards. Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time. Must possess a valid, clean driving records and current insurance.
