Title: Sales Executive
Location: Burlington, VT
We are currently seeking a sales professional that would feel comfortable selling to senior level executives and business owners. This is in the B2B market, using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFOs, CEOs, Risk Managers and other high level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment, with a sales proposal in the $50K-250K range this position is not for you.

Founded in 1821, our agency was built, and has survived so long, on the principal of providing superior customer service to our clients. As a professional sales organization we offer health, 401K, life insurance, mileage reimbursement and many other benefits to our team.
This position could lead to future ownership as a partner in the firm and as such is one where you can have the opportunity to build wealth. Hickok & Boardman will invest in you by pairing you with a mentor who is the CEO or Top Agency owner. You will also receive best in class training developed by a large insurance company that partners with us on risk.
Starting salary is up to $70K plus commissions. We prefer candidates that would like to make $250k, but not overnight. To achieve this level of success you cannot be afraid of prospecting to “C” level executives that may not have ever heard of our firm.
We are looking to hire somebody that will be a future owner rather than just the next sales person. College degree required. If you believe you have the requisite skills or can demonstrate that you could be easily coached to learn the above, we would be open to talking with you.
