The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) support's the bank's sales and service development program as well as provides on-going support and feedback to staff and management in adherence to Hickory Point Bank's corporate culture and brand promise. The ABM will conduct consultations to determine customer needs while working alongside the bank's sales and service coach and branch manager to guarantee service excellence standards. The successful candidate will assist customers in both teller and personal banking roles, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed in compliance with bank regulations. The ABM will be involved with business development and community events.

College degree in a related field is prefered. Must enjoy working with the public and being a problem solver.
Position requires the ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time, use of the telephone and keyboard.
