Terrible pay and benefits! Micromanagement is the norm, not the exception. Ghetto school that is more interested in getting money than paying staff or teaching students.
Productive and very fun teaching all the Gen Ed classes.

Pros: once a month the faculty was treated to lunch.
Very fun working with all the various professionals in the medical field. Fun working with the adult population as they changed careers or went to school to improve their family situation. Once a month the entire school would have a potluck. With all the different types of people it was a real learning experience for all.
