Involved lots of phone work. Meeting demands from management and phone callers. Seeking a balance in my work and have pride for a job well done. Interactions with co-workers at all levels was extremely rewarding. The hardest part of the job was having listening skills to allow the caller to fully explain the purpose for the call. The most enjoyable part of the the job was the knowledge that I was part of a system which helped people to broker dreams and opportunities with financing of higher educational monies and management of debt issues.
