The Hilton Garden Inn San Diego/Del Mar is currently seeking motivated, customer service oriented professionals for the Front Desk.
- Greet, register and assign rooms for our guests
- Provide information requested by our guests
- Monitor, update and maintain room availability via the Property Management System (OnQ)
- Provide a positive guest experience
- Make guest reservations
- Check guests in/out
- Close out several outlets
- Balance Micros
- Customer service experience a plus
- Positive attitude
- Flexible Schedule
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to solve problems in a professional manner
- Communications skills (verbal & written)
- Punctuality and reliability a must
Hotel Experience is Required
