This organization has gone through several management changes during my employment there. Each management company brought their own standards and regulations that we had to adjust to and re-acclimate ourselves to. I flourish in the hospitality industry as I am truly a people person and enjoy being able to be given the opportunity to make a change or affect people's lives from customers to the staff that we led. This industry or particular hotel did not foster the idea of promoting from within and chose to hire from the outside instead of promoting loyal staff who had more experience. Overall the staff work together to ensure our best standing with each management team. Unfortunately the last management company was a clean slate company and we lost a lot of key team players that made our property the success it was before they arrived on property.
