Great staff. Knowledgeable old timers who observe before they connect. Management team in the food and beverage dept. of the property I am employed with does communicate well, often threw one another under the bus and often engaged in staff gossip. Rarely have time to spend with my family due to my sparatic and biased scheduling. The problems that stemmed over a course of one years is directly from upper management: affairs with staff members, hiring inexperienced management. Leadership or a lack there of trinkles down to lower management. Front desk managers are all new with the exception of one. The restaurant cannot keep a director for more than 2 years nor can they keep managers. Most do not last more than one year. There is no consistency throughout this entire property.
Great place to work if you clean house.
