At Miami Airport location. They called me to ask basic questions then said they would call me later to schedule an interview. An hour later they scheduled an interview.
At the interview they asked about prior work experience and reasons why I left my previous jobs. They asked how would I handle an overbearing customer who feels they are important. I was asked about times I was under great stress. They asked me about my ethnic heritage because of my last name and if I spoke Spanish.
