Compliance Manager (Current Employee) – Little Canada, MN – May 15, 2017
I love my current job! I have advanced within the company. I started off as a recruiter and worked my way up to a compliance manager. If you have experience in skilled manufacturing and production it is a good place to go apply to!
Recruiting & Staffing Manager (Former Employee) – New Haven, CT – April 10, 2014
I enjoyed working for the hire authority because I was able to utilize my Human Resource experience while helping people find employment. The challenging part of this position was to find companies to trust me enough to outsource their hiring. However, I was prove my judgement was what they request and developed great business relationships. Being paid to help people is the idea job for me.
My first temporary placement was decided to not be a good fit for either party, and I was told that another placement would be found for me soon. Not so. I would check in periodically, being given different information each time as to the delay. They set me at my first placement in two weeks, then gave me the runaround for months as to why there was no placement for me yet. I've since given up, and have not heard back from them since.
