Mixed bag
Recruiter (Contract) (Former Employee) –  Sandy Springs, GAMarch 10, 2017
It looks like the office is closing-HV has lost major contracts.

Your experience depends on what manager you work under. Some are really cool depending on your productivity and some micromanage to death. Many of the upper management are either related or former co-workers/friends.

I was a contract recruiter there for 6 months and saw 13 people get let go or quit. Most of the contractors are paid lower than industry standard.
Pros
Casual attire, sometimes flexible hours (depends on account), great team
Cons
Micromanagement (depends on which manager), low pay

Worst RPO
Resource Specialist (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAFebruary 10, 2017
Don't do it!!!! This company is a scam, no good benefits, pay is low. Management does not listen to their employees. What makes the company a success is making sure their team is well taken care of. This is not a good company, they are losing contracts left and right. When that happens, they let go of their employees. Please don't let their smiles fool you. This company is failing and failing fast. They have complaints with the labor board due to the lack of work and compensation range they try to provide.

Be cautious
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 24, 2016
Business is lacking good clients. Management makes up rules as the go along. Company culture is not motivating. There are better companies to work for and I highly recommend you do all your research before accepting an offer. Management has the "My way or the highway attitude". More about the bottom line then seeing you grow and be successful.

As an entry level recruiter, Hire Velocity is a good place to start. If you want to advance in your career, it wouldn't be a good place to stay.
