Pros: flexible work ours, bonus depending on exceeding goals
Cons: no benefits, low pay, no vacation, no paid time off, no holiday pay, no overtime.
This position is great if you are trying to get into the staffing career, you learn different avenues of sourcing and are responsible for the candidates that you submit over. This position does not offer benefits, PTO, vacation, but does offer flexibility with hours as long as you hit your 40hrs a week mon-fri with no option for overtime.
