Emerging Enterprise Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CASeptember 13, 2017
Don't work here. They don't treat any employees under C level with any respect. They make you work long hours without respect or fair compensation for your work. Most have left and the ones who have stayed behind do so either because they are paid well or can't find other work. The moral is horrible.

Technical Support Analyst II (Current Employee) –  Irvine, CAAugust 16, 2017
I have worked at this company for over 6 years and the opportunities to move up are limited due to politics and the ever changing leadership. The benefits are good and the environment is relaxed for the most part.

High management turnover, company is focused on technology not clients, no training or investment in people, mixed messages from management, lots of favoritism.

Very poor company to work for
Data Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Tulsa, OKMay 22, 2017
Think call center that pretends to be more and pays you less. Absolutely horrible upper management.
Friendly employees and some of the lower mangers are wonderful but upper management smacks of Office Space culture. I wouldn't work there again for double the salary I was making, which was a slap in the face to say the least.
Pros
Lots of time off that you can't use
Cons
Too many to list

Senior Business Analyst (Former Employee) –  Nashville, TNMay 5, 2017
The corporate teams seem to have it made, the contact center people not so much. But the people that made it so bad have moved on so it may be much better now.

Good place to work. Fast paced and challenging work environment. Lots of work styles encouraged. Many recent changes in management have made the stability of the job environment less predictable.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAApril 6, 2017
Loved my job and the people I worked with. I enjoyed the interaction with the clients and the applicants. This was an open atmosphere that we tried to make it one call resolution when possible.

We enjoyed bagels on payday which is always a plus.
Pros
Bagels on payday
Cons
Not enough training in a center that was changing constantly.

Internal process and communication should be better. If I could change them I would get rid of the shift bid , communicate more with employees , better new hire training, implicate a team to keep up with the new process and changing of products
