I believe that the CEO has great intentions, and he cares about the employees and members. Now, certain area managers are a different story. I think there can be a disconnection between certain departments, which is unfortunate because it breeds poor morale and is not efficient. I think there are a lot of cliquey groups, but you see that almost everywhere. It's become very sales driven, which is also unfortunate. In that aspect, it's not always about the member first.
Amazing healthcare coverage if you're FT, great CEO
Miscommunication between departments at times, sales goals if you're on the retail end

This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. Not only are the benefits out of this world, but the work environment is great. No matter what department you work in, you will be surrounded by friendly people. This is the type of place where even the credit union president knows you by name.
Benefits, Good Reputation In the Community
Takes time to advance in the company, but they do offer opportunities for promotions.
