HMR Advantage Health Systems was founded in July 1993 as Health Management Resources, Inc., to own and operate long-term care centers. Beginning with six facilities and 601 beds, the company has grown to twenty-one living centers and 1,618 beds, with services expanding to include specialized rehab care and hospice care.
