An average day at work, I clean my department and assist customers with anything they may need. I learned a great deal of responsibility going from a cashier to a department manager, it is definitely a lot more to handle, but in a good way. I have worked at two different stores in two states, the management depends on the stores success in my opinion. Managers can be stressed and be running around everywhere to get the job done, they can be a little overbearing at times but they mean well. I just keep in mind their job is to run the entire store, so I think they do a great job. My coworkers are great! I've made lifelong friends working with this company, they become family. The hardest part about the job, to me, is it can be stressful at times, a good part about the job is definitely the pay and getting to help customers with decorating ideas and giving them your input, but the absolute best part is when you've helped a customer and they are so happy with your help and they say they love shopping at your store.
Nothing really to complain about
