Contract company that is poorly managed.

Pros: steady pay.
Cons: no benefits, don't support employees, no incentive to stay with company.
This is a contracting company that is based out of Atlanta. I would not suggest this company to anyone due to the poor management that I've experienced. We lost two recruiter in under a year and had no local representation for about 3 months. We were told that we had to start taking vacation days that we earned from the previous year and couldn't roll over the days accumulated more than a year old. We were not given any benefits and we had to fight tooth and nail just to get 3 paid holiday although the client observes and shuts down for well over two weeks per year. Even after two years of employment, no type of benefits or incentive for continuing employment.
