I enjoyed the customer service and working directly with people, but the coworkers that have been there forever are jerks and won't help you. If you are a young female, pretty much expect to be hit on by creepy security guards. The management does not care about staff and you are basically disposable. Your voice won't get heard if you have an opinion. The food in the employee cafe is HORRIBLE. You only get 2 shirts for part time work. Its hard to get time off, and you need to put PTO in MONTHS ahead of time, and they still might deny it. I worked there for 3 years and was no where near getting to day shift. The tips for cashiers are also consolidated, so when I got that $400 tip, I gave it to all the other workers.
Some staff members are nice though, people on your level anyway. And they do try to give lots of trainings to keep you up to date. They did work well with my college schedule.
Personally, if you have a degree or have some work experience do not work here. If you can get anywhere else that makes the same or more, go there not here. But if you are just 18, are in college, or are looking for some extra part time cash, this place isn't so bad.
