The best part of this job is the ability to interact with guests. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. SOP changes daily, even by shift or supervisor. Communication between departments is non-existent and the company as a whole is solely concerned on making money, no matter the cost to the employees. The healthcare and benefits offered to the employees come and a cost that is far too much and covers very little! Overall the company is dysfunctional in nearly every way.

Mgmt structure is negligent at understanding true needs of the business scope. Many supervisors/managers are "running scared" of their positions and are simply puppets and show no ability to make stable decisions. Seems to get anywhere in the organization its WHO you know vs what skill set yourself can bring forth.
facility is a close commute, the general staff is great to work with
no benefits afforded at the part time level, mgmt is focused on doing whatever it takes to "save their skin"
