Senior Surveillance Agent (Current Employee) – Maryland Heights, MO – April 5, 2017
Typical day at work consists of camera reviews, chip fills, and general observations of casino operations. I've learned about every game within the casino and have become well versed in Internal control standards. There are good people in management, but as a whole, the management shrugs most issues off. The office is a fun atmosphere and generally I'm surrounded by great people on a daily basis. The hardest part of the job is the hours. Being a Grave shift employee is hard on home life and makes it difficult to spend time with family and see my son. The group of people I work with make work an easy and fun place to be.
The people and work load
Hours. Aside from a day shift opportunit, it is a tough task when you have a young child.
I enjoyed meeting individuals form all over the world!
Marquee Rewards Representative (Former Employee) – Maryland Heights, MO – January 24, 2017
A typical day at work was filled with team members that cared about one another and assisted each other in times of need. I learned how to take risks. Management had an open door policy. Workplace culture was filled with friendly bantering between co-workers. The hardest part of the job was not being paid holiday pay. The most enjoyable part of the job was creating long lasting friendships with individuals form all across the world.
Busser (Former Employee) – Maryland Heights, MO – December 11, 2016
They always hire for less and do not want to work or promote from with in. The Buffet is a terrible place to eat at. The management is very disrespectful towards the customers and they don't appreciate the work that is done for them.
Marquee Rewards Assistant Manager (Former Employee) – Maryland Heights, MO – May 15, 2015
It was always busy which was nice, and met a lot of great customers. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the people I met on the job. Hardest part would be comping customers. I enjoyed my managers.
Cage Cashier (Former Employee) – Maryland Heights, MO – December 28, 2013
This is a great job from the people you work with to the food you eat. But I recently ran into trouble with the IRS because apparently I wasn't letting them take enough money out of my check. If they were to take more I definitely wouldn't have had enough money to pay my bills. Anyway the turnover rates are high and at the present time they do not want to pay health insurance because of Obama Care so they are terminating left and right.
