Very Hands on Fast Past Working Enviorment

On a regular day at the office, the majority of the referrals will come from walk in's, phone calls or faxed orders from physicians offices. The office that I currently working in is a super fast pace office, that you need to be able to multi-task and be able to have a lot of interruptions to be able to get the job done. Co workers are very friendly to work with, and are more then willing to help you out when then can. Management is only in my office once a week, but is available by phone, or email just about anytime. I would have to say that hardest part of my job is being able to have keep up with the changes within the organization for the policies and procedures of each insurance company that we deal with. Working as and outlined branch. The changes in policies and procedures sometimes do not trickle down to everyone in the outlining branches. The miss communication that happen within the organization. I really do enjoy the job itself, and working with the employee's and the organization. I am coming to that point where I will be graduated with a degree in Health Care Management and and am looking for a job with in the field that I have gone to school for.
