Rewarding and productive workplace
Care Giver, Herndon, VA - January 11, 2015
Personally and professionally, making a difference in someone else’s life and put a smile on somebody’s face is very rewarding and I developed skills on how to communicate different clients who don't express themselves well because of a disease like Alzheimer. It is teamwork and gave me an opportunity to work with other health care teams. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping someone to achieve greater independence and facilitating opportunities to someone who cannot perform on their own. The hardest part of the job might be with patients with Alzheimer, seeing them suffer with the disease, not able to recognize a family member is hard to watch.
