Office Administrative Assistant Needed! (Location: Arcadia)

Home Paradise is now looking for an Administrative Assistant. The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
1. Post and manage online selling product listings (eBay, Amazon, company webpage),
2. Field incoming calls,
3. Provide customer service over phone and emails,
4. Assisting company staff with related matters,
5. Prepare correspondence & notification letters, initiate client documents in English,
6. Help office daily operations,
7. Pick up and drop off items at post office.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional who maintains the highest of business ethics and safeguards confidential information. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with exceptional organizational, multitasking, problem-solving and proactive follow up-skills. Strong written skills are preferred.

Qualifications:
1. Must be a U.S. resident (Green card holder) or U.S. citizen.
2. Must have own transport.
3. Fluent in English.
4. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
5. Minimum 2 years+ of administrative support to executive level management.
6. Experience of using e-commerce platforms.
7. Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop are desirable.
8. Strong communication / research skills
9. A pleasant team player
