Great People to work with
Assistant Front End Manager (Current Employee), OKC, OKNovember 2, 2014
Cons: managment didn't get set breaks, if you could get one in then great.
Was a fun place to work from time to time. Could be stressful sometimes, like a holiday or if a winter storm or tornado was coming.

It was an Ok place to work except for scheduling issues.
Cashier (Former Employee), Oklahoma City, OKAugust 23, 2014
If you're in school, or working another job then I wouldn't recommend working for this company because they might work with your schedule at first, but eventually they'll start just scheduling you whenever they want whether its in your availability or not.

Pros: nice work environment, not a lot of stress, everyone was nice.

Homeland was probably my favorite job that I've had so far. The employees were nice, the managers were nice, and the working environment was exquisite.

Shipping and Receiving (Former Employee), Pico Rivera, CAFebruary 13, 2014
You can't help but enjoy working at a place where the owners will join the production workers for a cold one after a long day. Long days and hard work is rewarded here.

IT Staffing Company with low pay and no ethics
Computer Software Engineer (Former Employee), Linden, TNOctober 3, 2013
This company claims to be a staffing company that wants to give back to small towns/communities, when in reality, they pay workers a fraction of the price charged to clients and pocket the difference. There is no clear training and asking questions of resources available is frowned upon. You are told to 'google' it. I would not recommend this company – more... to anyone. – less

Hardwork but a Great Job
Deli Clerk/ Cashier/ Bakery Assistant (Former Employee), Del City, OKFebruary 8, 2013
Pros: people, the experience, insurance, the union, resources, opportunities
Cons: low pay, a ton of responsiblity
You acheive the sense that they honestly care about your wellbeing. It's a lot of hardwork. Honestly the pay is too small to be a deli clerk but it's easy enough to rack up plenty of hours. The store's supervisor is guilty of hour slashing. Basically twice a year, everyone's hours get cut by about 10 to 15 hours per week. There are scheduled raises – more... and Homeland does have a union. No employee discount though, on anything. – less

Easy laid back place to work
Cashier (Former Employee), Norman, OKJanuary 24, 2013
Pros: long breaks, laid back environment, nice people
Cons: facing the dairy products/frozen section
This was my first job ever, It was really easy and simple. I would scan and sack groceries for people and provide the best customer service I could offer. My boss was really nice and friendly, same as my co-workers who I had known my whole life. Hardest part of the job was working in the frozen section! It got really cold and uncomfortable, best part – more... was working with some of the co-workers who weren't mentally dysfunctional but socially. I always had fun with them. – less
