Great group of guys to work for
Shipping and Receiving (Former Employee), Pico Rivera, CAFebruary 13, 2014
You can't help but enjoy working at a place where the owners will join the production workers for a cold one after a long day. Long days and hard work is rewarded here.

IT Staffing Company with low pay and no ethics
Computer Software Engineer (Former Employee), Linden, TNOctober 3, 2013
This company claims to be a staffing company that wants to give back to small towns/communities, when in reality, they pay workers a fraction of the price charged to clients and pocket the difference. There is no clear training and asking questions of resources available is frowned upon. You are told to 'google' it. I would not recommend this company – more... to anyone. – less

Customer Service Project Manager (Former Employee), Guatemala, CiudadJune 17, 2013
Pros: free gasoline, celphone, medical insurance
Cons: workplace mobbing
Conducting visits and meetings with clients, taking their requirements, embodied in a design which I requested and after the customer authorized the prototype, I moved to undertake the production for custom software system, then I had to make the quality control system operation, customer deliver and train all staff who would use the system. group training – more... conducted between 10-30 people per group.

Performing contact reports and customer tracking and its applications, also was in charge of charging customers and delivering purchases and gifts and souvenirs that gave Homeland customers. – less

Great people, but poor compensation. Distribution center seems to be a very low priority, unable to get much needed equiptment upgrades.

Hardwork but a Great Job
Deli Clerk/ Cashier/ Bakery Assistant (Former Employee), Del City, OKFebruary 8, 2013
Pros: people, the experience, insurance, the union, resources, opportunities
Cons: low pay, a ton of responsiblity
You acheive the sense that they honestly care about your wellbeing. It's a lot of hardwork. Honestly the pay is too small to be a deli clerk but it's easy enough to rack up plenty of hours. The store's supervisor is guilty of hour slashing. Basically twice a year, everyone's hours get cut by about 10 to 15 hours per week. There are scheduled raises – more... and Homeland does have a union. No employee discount though, on anything. – less

Easy laid back place to work
Cashier (Former Employee), Norman, OKJanuary 24, 2013
Pros: long breaks, laid back environment, nice people
Cons: facing the dairy products/frozen section
This was my first job ever, It was really easy and simple. I would scan and sack groceries for people and provide the best customer service I could offer. My boss was really nice and friendly, same as my co-workers who I had known my whole life. Hardest part of the job was working in the frozen section! It got really cold and uncomfortable, best part – more... was working with some of the co-workers who weren't mentally dysfunctional but socially. I always had fun with them. – less

Productive environment that cares about customers but not a lot of room for advancement and the work ethic from a lot of the employees is below averag
Service Clerk (Current Employee), Oklahoma City, OKJanuary 3, 2013
This job cares a lot about its customers which is extremely important to me.There are numerous employees who slack off and are not highly motivated at all which I do not like but I try to lead by example and do the best that I can do in hopes that my work ethic becomes contagious and spreads to the other employees. The hardest part of the job is retrieving – more... carts when there is ice and snow outside but the easiest part of the job is caring for the customers because without them, there would not be a job. – less
