Sales Position

Quickly expanding technology company in Houston seeks full time Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Do you have an aggressive sales mentality?

Do you want weekends and holidays off?
We are seeking savvy and professional Inside/Outside Sales Representatives to sell and promote home theater, distributed audio, and security needs in new homes.

An ideal candidate for this position is enthusiastic, proactive, quality driven, and a good leader/decision maker. The position offers substantial potential for growth into a management position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact with our customers (new home sales agents).
- Responsible for all client/customer communication
- Stay updated on new and current audio/video and home technologies
- Expedite and prepare work orders from the client to our media department
- Follow company policy and procedure to maintain thorough data and customer feedback while optimizing the success of Best Quality Initiative Programs.

Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple daily tasks
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on customer service with the ability to manage and resolve solutions to issues.
- Ability to balance the needs of the customer while maintaining company objectives.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and offer strong collaboration and leadership skills within team settings.
- Extremely organized and highly motivated.
Compensation package includes:
Guaranteed first year salary with base plus commission moving forward. Eligibility for full employee benefits including insurance after 90 days of employment. Company sponsored sales incentives, spiffs and sales trips.
