Great pay, awful work schedule. Rotating shifts and working holidays for shift coverage. Toxic environment to work in dealing with such chemicals as phenol.

The biggest downfall with this company is management. They don't always understand the needs to get the job done. And they don't always give the Technicians what they need to be successful

Incompetent, I had six different managers in 4 years, not enough treaining
