managers and regional manager are friends and therefore other employee and customer concerns fall on deaf ears. As a whole Honor employees play favorites as to which customer gets the proper treatment and which they feel isn't worth their time.By far worst place I've ever worked as far as treatment of people. CEO talks a good game, however I don't think he is aware of how certain customers and many employees are treated. As CEO he should be very concerned by this.
