Management Could Benefit from Sensitivity Training

Worked in a small department of 7, out of which 4 held management titles. Department titles changed several times over the course of less than one year with lack of definition and clarity on expectations. Position was micromanaged to the point of paralysis. Most of the department managers lack maturity in their capacities. Difficult to finish tasks in a part time capacity with several hours of meetings each week. Management often redid others' works without notification or reason, straining the positive work environment. Management could benefit from sensitivity training to learn how to better communicate with employees. Requests for growth opportunities and advancement were met with empty affirmation, but not followed through with.
