Case Manager- Winter Shelter Program (Former Employee) –  Sun Valley, CAJune 3, 2016
A typical day at work was always fulfilling professionally and personally. This is one job willing to cross train but not take advantage of the nonprofit status to over work or increase work loads without warning. Employees did not quit for anything related to the work environment, therefore the team and family atmosphere is present from day one.

The goals of the organization are to help the homeless and it is a goal fortunately shared by each employee from top to bottom. The only hardship in relation to this position was the desire to possess more resources to enrich our clients lives.
Pros
Lots of team buliding efforts
