Horizon Human Services provides Adult Partial Care (Day Treatment) services for the seriously mentally ill (SMI) consumers of Pinal and Gila County. The services include adult SMI partial care (day Treatment) five days per week. With a maximum capacity of 30 dually diagnosed participants and 30 SMI participants. The program is designed to provide six therapeutic hours per day of day treatment, beginning at 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Included in the program are Topic groups, Educational groups, guest speakers, arts and crafts, and field trips (Circus, Zoo, Museums, cultural events, etc.) as well as case management services as needed.
