Pros: excellent pay, company vehicle for management field employees.
Cons: too many hours expected at work, family will never be included in any events.
The pay is excellent, but they make you earn every penny. Actually, if you calculate hours worked, I guess the pay is not so good.
Company is strong and stable. There is opportunity for advancement. Company truck supplied to management field employees.
The major negative for me was that family is NEVER included. They assume that you don't have a family
