Typical day
President (Former Employee), Acworth, GA – May 18, 2013
Pros: in the short review above.
Cons: in the short review above.
My days are mostly filled with follow-up and compliance on Company goals and budgetary objectives.

People are most important part of the team. You must select the right person for each job. Leadership, team builder, result driven with integrity.

Most difficult part is getting the right person for the responsibility.

Most enjoyable helping others – more... to succeed. – less

Culinary Arts Student (Former Employee), Excelsior Springs, MO – April 23, 2013
Pros: getting to cater
Cons: short breaks
I enjoyed learning more about the industry of food managment, the hardest part of the classes was making minor mistakes, you would think that the smallest mistakes wouldn't be a big deal, WRONG, it was a major big deal, but my instructor helped me out through it all.

Cashier and Customer service (Current Employee), Sunnyvale CA – January 19, 2013
Pros: dealing with different tasks each day.
Cons: not getting payed for drive time
Typical day at Tri spec cubicals would get a bit exhausting because of the traveling and moving heavy products. I learned how to read blue prints, set up cubicals and unload trucks. Management was pretty good. Co workers were excellent team players. The hardest part of this job was the road trips and moving heavy equipment and products. The most enjoyed – more... part was interacting with customers. – less

Hospitality, Great customer service, team work is a must.
Howard Johnson at Tybee Island 1501 Butler (Former Employee), Tybee Island, GA – January 13, 2013
Pros: you meet a lot of interesting people
Cons: all three shifts, no weekends or holidays off.
Typical day is counting the drawer, print out all reports for the day. Go over all comming and going customers. Make sure the special request are honored. Make sure the balance is correct for the leaving guest. Check guest out, serve breakfast, keep the food out and fresh and area clean. Clean up the breakfast room. Get paperwork done after all guest – more... leave, and get the rooms assigned and ready for the today's arrivals. All shifts are different in some area's but customer service is our primary goal. I have learned a lot about customer service on the personal end. Management at a small Inn are hardley ever there you need to be quick on your feet and solve issues then and there. Co-workers can ease up the work load. Usually were in different area's to keep the flow going. The hardest part of the job is seeing a customer upset maybe because they had a death in the family or families are fighting, or the pillows were not fluffy enough. Our most enjoyable part of the day is when a guest comes back from seeing the ocean for the first time, or a ghost tour, maybe a different type of food they tried. – less

Live in Europe and work with Americans
Lead Security Officer (Former Employee), Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany – August 27, 2012
Pros: living in europe, and having my room and board taken care of
Cons: scheduling
I worked in the security department at a hotel for military personnel. I learned so much about German culture, and working for an American company in another country. The majority of the management was great, some however were less than they seemed. The majority of my co-workers were there for the purpose of living in Europe, and so liked to party and – more... travel. The biggest issue I had was the inability to get time off, but that was only due to the position I held. I loved to travel and I felt that I was truly appreciated by the management. – less
