The Hotel Adagio is a boutique hotel. It has a 170 rooms and the breakfast area only has 17 tables so when all those rooms want to come to breakfast, that place is moving. As a server you are required to serve the table, run the food and bus your own tables. There is not a moment for rest but you make great money doing the job. The shift starts at 5:30am and ends around 11:30am.
