Front Desk Agent, Aspen, CO - December 30, 2016
I thoroughly enjoy working for the Hotel Durant. My position is generally seasonal in nature. My duties consist of frequent multitasking, ranging from answering phones regarding availability to answering guest questions about what Aspen has to offer. The hotel is privately owned, so I work directly for the General Manager and with 1 additional person. The hardest part of my job is telling someone that we can not refund their hard earned money, as we have a 30 day non-refundable period. What I enjoy the most is having as guest tell me that they really enjoyed a recommendation that I gave them.
