I open housekeeping by assigning all vacant, and occupy rooms to each housekeeper.

In charge of lost and found.
Inventory on sheet and room supplies.
Collect engineer, porter and Room Attendant assignments.
Check Room Attendant credits then put amount on a spread sheet.
Close housekeeping department by clearing rooms in opera system.
