ZaSpa Dallas and ZaSpa Houston are luxurious day spas hidden in our boutique hotels. With ultimate relaxation in mind, both of our spas blends enticing aromatics with sensual sitting areas, treatment rooms and a unique spa menu to help the guest relax and unwind.

We are seeking a leader for the ZaSpa Dallas to oversee the day-to-day operations of the department staff and technicians. Also to achieve sales goals, business objectives and established productivity targets. Uphold and exemplify company standards in all efforts and procedures. Ensure that the spa area is up to standard at all times.

Monitor monthly goals and develop technicians to meet revenue objectives
Organize events to drive business as needed or requested by upper managment
Hire and train spa coordinators if applicable to the location
Identify training needs in technical expertise and arrange for the trainer to train as needed
Hire, train, develop and maintain the quality of the spa assistants and monitor their implementation of the company standards
Coordinate and oversee all related programs and procedures for spa packages and special events
Work with guests as consultant to promote related services, amenities and treatments to enhance their special occasions.
Work with groups to oversee their event day ensuring all appointments are secure and final
Research and resolve guest-relations issues and employee matters
Maintain safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized
Maintain spa inventory, SBC standards
Analyze coverage needs for schedules, coordinate changes if applicable
Perform 1:1 monthly meetings with the technicians on their performance
Coach for performance the ongoing series sales, or featured promotions designed to meet company goals
Participate and contribute to the spa department meetings
Inform the technicians of any training designed to improve their performance and skills


Hotel Spa experience preferred
2-3 years experience as a Spa Department Manager
Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Team player with strong customer-service, leadership and supervisory skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and constant deadlines.
Self-motivated to work independently with little or no direction.
Available to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Some travel may be required between the two locations
