Guest Service Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services, amenities and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of the hotel as a Guest Service Agent. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Welcome all guests: anticipate guests needs
-Supply guests with directions and property information
-Follow up to ensure guest requests have been met
-Handling of minor billing issues
- Flexible shift 7A-3P Sunday- Saturday
-A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
-Refined verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good computer skills

-Hotel epxerience is a plus
