Pros: good people to work with.
Cons: downsizing was't handled well in my case.
Projects were well planned. The company tried to keep up on the latest distribution ideas going on in the world. Company kept employees informed of changes and treated them fairly. Good teamwork was put forth by all departments to accomplish the goals of the company.
