House Call Doctors Texas, Inc. is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant/ Recruiter to join our unique practice in south Austin, TX. House Call Doctor’s provides healthcare services to our patients in their homes (inclusive of assisted living, personal care homes, and independent living facilities), and primarily see geriatric and/or disabled patients. All of our physicians are board certified or board eligible in family medicine, geriatrics, internal or emergency medicine. We are the primary care physician, coordinating specialist and necessary hospital care, or we will contact the patient’s present doctor each visit.

The Executive Recruiter will perform a variety of administrative duties required for the efficient operation of a dynamic organization, setting work priorities based on general instructions with minimum supervision. Additionally, this position will be responsible for recruiting and hiring House Call Doctors staff inclusive of internal team members, marketers and clinical staff (Nurse Practitioners and Physicians).

This position requires a high level of initiative, organization and multiple task efficiency. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a large office of diverse people and programs.

Candidate must have:
- College Degree (business, communications, or education major a plus)
- Recruiting Experience, medical setting a plus
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of executive meetings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft programs
- Ability to work autonomously in a past paced environment
- Ability to prioritize work flow and organize effectively
- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- High comfort level working alongside Medical Professionals and Executive staff

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Recruit, Select, and Hire all House Call Doctors staff
- Conduct candidate telling sessions and screening interviews
- Extend offers/agreements verbally and follow up on all paperwork including contract, background checks, and dates for training
- Maintain regular tracking of candidates to ensure that individual, team, and company selection goals are being met
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a commitment to follow up consistently with candidates in a timely manner
- Maintain new hire calendar and ensure seamless orientation for all staff
- Provide EXECUTIVE Administrative support for multiple high level executives
- Handles various administrative details with initiative and good judgment
- Providing general administrative support including typing, monitoring phone lines, ordering departmental supplies, filing documents, making copies, handling travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings
- Prepare and edit routine documents and communications
- Assist in the writing and distribution of mass email, voice mail, and other communication from President and other executive staff
- Ensure confidentiality of all information; apply discretion to ensure that confidential information is shared or distributed only at appropriate levels

Candidate may have:
- Experience in medical field
- Experience in the education field (preferred)
- Experience Recruiting/ Human Resources
