,Open Office, set up clinic for day, scan required charts, fax requested Medical Records, answer phones, messages for Dr's ,Nurse's. Cashier, help with patient's billing and statements when needed, made all appointments for Audiologist, Balance, Allergy Test, obtained authorizations for Surgical Procedure's, Diagnostic, collect all payments, including Surgical, Hearing Aids, Allergy. Balance end of day clinic, deposits, clean and lock clinic up for following day.
