Got treated really bad by an employee who thought I was taking her job.
I used to work at the clinical trials office at the cancer center. The new manager hired in 2016 acts like she knows everything but truly doesn't. She blames other people, mainly the coordinators for her mistakes. She micromanages every employee and encourages employees to tattle on each other. It was miserable. That manager doesn't care about quality of work. One of the other newer employees is sloppy with her work and will give you attitude if you tell her a document is wrong or missing. If you're a brown noser, you can get away with not knowing much about cancer at all. Methodist is a good place to work at but the cancer center is poorly directed and managed. Manager talks down to some employees. You can hear her bad mouthing employees and physicians to her boss and to other employees outside her office door. I've worked at Methodist in other departments and they're incredible compared to this one. Methodist is a good place, the clinical trials office is the only exception.
