Oversees the effort to secure funding for clinical and laboratory research by coordinating the pre-award grant and contract process in a fast-paced environment. Reviews applications and negotiates contracts for research funding. Familiarity with Grant Life Cycle and Sponsored Programs preferred.
Consults with staff and faculty regarding funding opportunities, eligibility, and application requirements. Ensures accuracy and timely submission of all grants and contracts. Ability to manage research contracts to include issues related to informed consent, access to data, conflict of interest, budgets, and intellectual property Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and meet multiple, overlapping deadlines, and work with a high level of autonomy.
Familiarity with Cooperative Research and Development Agreements beneficial but not required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Please email resume, references, and salary history/requirements.
