Here it is in a nutshell.
Long term contracts....steady pay
They called me about a job and when i asked what HSI was offering the counselor had no clue which is pretty bad (or it means nothing).
I was the front runner for a job and they wouldn't negotiate a week of accumulative time off with me like that would bankrupt the company.
That's greed for you.
They must change their policy so the contractors don't get burned out.
