if you are looking for stability, this is not the company to work for. You will need to work more than 40 hours to get your work done.

If you are a minority, this is not the company to build your career. Minorities are paid below, non-minorities in the same position.

Has absolutely no loyalty to there employees

THE ONE in Medina is run by very closed.minded people who are not open to new ideas or change. It's their way or your out. The salary is well below most comparable job descriptions and get used to alot of overtime with no extra incentives. The materials coordinator position woman is quite abrasive and you better not have a better idea than her. I know I worked.there. I would re consider as the company is out dated and no change in sight.
