Working for Hoyt for over three years and there is rarely anywhere to move up. The pay is alright for the job but they make it very difficult to move positions. A lot of the management can be not very caring of your situation and don't work with you very much if you have a problem. They've even gone to the point of purposely embarrassing people to make them work harder if they're not "good enough".
