Trace loads to assure on time delivery before scheduling, direct contact with shipper's and consignee's, Manage customer accounts with any operations issue, I have learned the logistics side of the transportation industry, working closely with rail roads, assigning equipment, working – more... directly with the customers to assure on time pick up and deliveries and assist and resolved mulit load issues in a timely manner. I have the great co-workers we work together as a team, The hardest part of my job is every day challenges are different although this is the reason I enjoy the industry.
