Company has had numerous lay offs and there will be more. Fast paced, hectic work environment so bring your A game! Some directors are fantastic to work with while others need to check their ego at the door! Great place to learn and get some experience. Then, get a REAL job!
No work/ life balance and you're likely to be laid off at some point!
I learned how to work with others while having a very big personal issue at home. The hardest part of the job was dealing with a none confrontal manager.I enjoyed the challenge the work provided at first and the most enjoyable part of my job was the people I worked with.
free benefits and birthday lunches
no room for advancement within the cash management department

Seriously, this job was outstanding, and I still miss working there. Many of us were let go during this time frame, but I believe the company has recovered, and working here is a good choice if you can make the cut.
