Unethical dysfunctional workplace.

Pros: it's a job
Cons: bullying, low pay, hiearchy, closed-minded, no tuition reinbursement
Great people work there, but Sr. Executives treat them horribly. Bullying is the overall management style and denial is the other. There are no promotions in the corporate office and the field is allowed to treat corporate employees badly. Everyone who works there is under utilized and ignored. Talent is going to waste because they don't welcome new – more...  ideas. Hudson still operates like it's 1983. – less
